I have to tell you the Clarksville hospital(tennova first then Vanderbilt) for me but anyways I have to put in a awesome review for the people in OR station .had surgery yesterday about 530 and I can tell you all those nurses were off the chain with excellence.They came in and talked to me and thatss one of things I truly enjoyed. Then went into recovery Alex was the nurse and he was off the chain excellence.

Rating for Cheyenne B. - She was very helpful in getting me a copy of my bill while I had to stay at the hospital. I had been trying to get this bill for quite some time and no one was able to help. I am so appreciative of her patience and kindness.

1. Today Wed.Sept 2nd i had an ultrasound scheduled...I am 81 years young, on a cane due to another medical issue with limited walking ability... upon entering the registeration desk, in the main lobby, i was greeted with friendliness, concern & all the help i needed to register & to obtain a wheel chair. This was done very efficientl without anyone else having to wait on me....I failed to get her name butter she worked to my left as i checked in............ 2. Kelsey in Imaging was very professional, courteous, understanding, & i knew she was well qualified at her job....Please pass my gratitude to these valuable employees.. The ambulance and emergency crew were above and beyond special. They treated me with urgency and the greatest care. After all the test results came back they knew what my condition was and what was needed to treat it. I spent 8 days in the hospital starting in Er and ending up on a medical treatment floor. For the most part the staff was supportive and friendly. At times I wish the medical floor could have been a bit more diligent on the delivery time of my medication. At one point they were over a hour late while I was in severe pain. The night shift who watched over me was amazing. I enjoyed venturing out of my room and saying hello to them as I passed the nurse station. I still have some follow up surgery to complete my healing but if it is anything like the support I got while at Tennova then I should be fine.

The staff was wonderful. The greeter were very friendly. There was no wait at registration. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the wonderful lady who processed my intake in room 8, but she was amazing. She is a fellow Alabamian and Roll Tide fan. Although I was in a lot of physical pain and dealing with some other issues, I felt much better just being in her presence. Her office was very beautifully decorated, warm, and inviting. The clerk at the desk before my X-ray was nice as well. The young man in training in the X-ray department was very kind and considerate of my pain, as were those training him. This was my second visit to Tenova and I am pleased with the service that I received.
